Arya comes from a family of builders and so he decided to stick to tradition and studied Construction Project Management. After working in Project Management, he realized his true passion is real estate. He currently has two development projects in the works. Arya specializes in finding builder lots, as well as buying and selling single-family homes. On his off time, Arya can be found biking, hitting the slopes in winter season or watching scientific and technology documentaries! He currently lives in Thornhill but he loves centralized Toronto neighbourhoods like Lawrence Park and Leaside. If you are looking to buy a home or find development opportunities, Arya is your guy.
