Ryan and Beth are long time Guelphites, growing up on opposite sides of town in their youth. Ryan grew up in the Willow West neighbourhood, while Beth's family lived in the Kortright Hills area. Both left Guelph to pursue school and start professional careers, meeting each other while they were both home for Christmas in 2001. They were married at St Joseph's Church in 2004 and moved back to Guelph in 2008 from Toronto. They now have 3 daughters and live in the Exhibition Park area. Ryan has an extensive career in corporate marketing and sales, working with some of the largest brands and retailers in Canada and the world. He started in real estate in 2015. Beth had a successful career in sales in Toronto before deciding to stay home to raise their 3 children and has since joined Ryan. Their focus is on quality and providing their clients with a great experience, versus quantity of sales. Together they are strong community supporters and partners, including writing monthly real estate articles for GuelphToday. Other partnerships include the Bookshelf Cafe and Cinema, Magic 106.1/ 1460 CJOY, Guelph Storm and Guelph Museums. They are also top performers in the Exhibition Park neighbourhood and specialize in older downtown area homes. Ryan and Beth have owned numerous rental properties within Guelph and Ryan has acted as President of a Condo Board in Guelph.
