Bev Howarth has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and a wealth of knowledge to share. As the founder of The Howarth Group and a former brokerage owner (established in 2012), Bev is dedicated to creating a legacy of excellence in real estate. Her passion lies in fostering strong, respectful relationships with clients, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their decisions. This commitment is reflected in the majority of her business coming from referrals by clients, friends, and colleagues. When Bev looked to expand her team, she sought someone with a strong work ethic and, most importantly, someone who would care for her clients as much as she did. After working behind the scenes for eight years, learning the ins and outs of real estate, and witnessing the genuine connections Bev formed with her clients, I was deeply motivated to always strive for more and to offer the best for our clients. In 2021, we made it official, and The Howarth Group was born. Bev and I are often seen around town together, known in the community for always being by each other’s side.
