In 2008, Brad and Becky aligned forces to establish the Brad and Becky Team. The frequent comment, "Here comes B&B," inspired the branding of the B&B Team in 2016. By 2019, our team officially became its own Brokerage as a franchise with The Realty Firm, welcoming Tiffany Fewster as a Sales Representative. Melanie Olivier joined as a licensed Sales Representative in March 2020, followed by Nicole Schell in April 2021.
