Carol received her real estate license in 1985. Carol's work ethic along with her desire to stay current in technology and education has helped build the success she enjoys today. Past volunteer work and job experience has fine tuned her listening skills so she is better able to achieve the goals her clients are striving for. The majority of Carol's business is in the Residential market focusing on resale, investment, new homes and condominiums. Carol also has knowledge of life-leases for seniors' housing and a passion for special needs housing that caters to the physically challenged.
