I was born and raised in a small-town Northern Ontario called Manitouwadge. Google it I always wanted to join the Army and serve this country. It was a desire founded to my core. So at the age of 18, I began my service in the Canadian Armed Forces. During my long career, I’ve moved many times over vast distances. The process was always stressful, with a short timeline to get everything done. Over the span of 30 years, I’ve dealt with many realtors. While many were great, some were not. I often only had 7 days to fly/drive to my new location, find a home and complete all the logistics before heading back. As you can imagine, 7 days isn’t much time to familiarize yourself with an area, choose a good neighbourhood and buy a place. It’s a lot to take on in a really short period of time.
