Eugenia began her real estate career after the real estate shift in 1989 while starting a young family. She persevered and aside from being a consistent award winner with a large competitor she also managed a successful real estate office. Eugenia loves to read and understands its importance and so she started the Annual Big Book Sale with all funds donated to KEYS to Inclusion, a local charity for adults with intellectual difficulties.​
