Prior to my career in the Residential Real Estate, I had gained extensive experience as a Contracts Manager. I spent over over 15 years as an accomplished Contracts Management Consultant. I also have a Bachelors of Business Operations and I am certified Contracts and Commercial Management Practioner. My refined skills in cost analysis, communication, collaboration, negotiations, and risk mitigation allows me to provide the highest level of service to my clients
