I have been working with people for almost 30 years helping them to achieve their real estate goals, and have experience in all types of markets... hot markets with multiple offers, soft markets with very high interest rates (can you believe 20%?) where the only way to sell a house was with "creative financing", and also in more balanced buyer/seller markets. I have worked with first-time buyers, power-of-sales, estate (recreational, farms, vacant land), in-town property and condominiums. I am very involved in my community having a strong interest in environmental issues and preserving the natural habitat. I am a Doctor of Homeopathy and enjoy natural living. I reside in the area with my family and dogs. I have become involved in trekking to raise money for women's shelters, and teach/guide meditation at our local shelter.
