The Okanagan Valley was a vacation area our family visited almost every summer when I was growing up. Then when I was 15 I visited The Vernon area for the first time and for some reason I felt like I had found home even though I grew up in the Fraser Valley. This set the stage. I have now lived in the Vernon area for about 40 years! My husband grew up here and we have raised our two sons, Dan and his brother, in this beautiful valley enjoying all the regions many special features.
