I joined the GIL team as a sales agent in 2012 and at that time they had predominantly practiced Property Management for the past 35 years; providing real estate services primarily to Revenue Property Investors. While this model has proven to be fruitful, I had bigger visions for the team and my practice. By late 2014 I was determined to push myself and our Sales Department to go beyond our niche market. I continued to educate myself at every opportunity, worked on all types of files so to absorb as much experience as possible. In 2015 I returned to school to complete my Brokers License and have spent the past 4 years preparing to become the Broker in 2019. Before my life in Real Estate, I spent 15 years working in the Social Work field which was extremely satisfying and meaningful. I was privileged to work with people from all walks of life that were facing a crisis. Through this work, I was able to develop my communication & listening skills imperative in developing people skills.
