In 1980, businessman and dentist Richard Hébert purchased an apartment building located at the intersection of Boulevards des Érables and Students. Year after year, Dr. Hébert has made other acquisitions. An experienced and visionary businessman, he has also acquired Ambulances Richelieu and several other Ambulancières businesses in Lanaudière, and has thus become one of the largest private property owners in Quebec to respond to emergencies in the areas served, thanks to a speed of action and increased competence of all its staff.
Since the death of Richard Hébert in 2000, his sons Dave and Keven have taken over as managers. At the same time, Dave and Keven have been involved locally in different organizations, using their experience. Passionate about their work, they are full of creativity, determination and ardor! Thus, the Hébert family, in business for nearly 45 years in the Sorel-Tracy region, contributes to the growth of the local economy.
The family conglomerate now has a real estate portfolio of 450 residential units, more than 250 000pi 2 of commercial, industrial, nearly 10 million ft 2 courses and a fleet of 22 ambulances creating hiring more 250 employees. Habitations Richard Hébert notably built condos, commercial premises, the development of residential neighborhoods and revitalized and built several buildings housing several well-known businesses, such as the restaurant Le Paradis d'Asie, Énergie Cardio, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, Brunet Pharmacy, Caisse Populaire Desjardins, CLD, SADC, National Bank Financial, SAAQ, to name just a few.
