Olga Hitchen has a lifelong history with St. John’s. When growing up, she and her family maintained Hitchen’s Cycle Shop (Bill’s Cycle Shop as known to the locals in later years) for over 40 years. When it came time to make her own name and fortune, she moved to Ontario and developed a well rounded business skills set. Once established, she decided to return home and started working in St. John’s real estate. Her knowledge, experience and demeanor date back to before mass listing services, speedy Internet communication, and the ever present cell phone. This means she knows the business inside and out, from the ground up.
