Peoples Realty Inc has been in the real estate services business in the Calgary real estate market for many successful years and will be here for many more. This longevity and confidence comes from our real estate services to a great many buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business that keeps us productive and successful. Our profile also includes property management in both the residential and commercial sector in Calgary, which we’ve been handling since as early as 1990. Upon a client's suggestion around 2000, we decided to try out a new listing model where we would simply act as the listing agent for our client. The client would handle all of the showings himself/herself and we would assist in the background with the negotiations and facilitation of the transaction. The results spoke for themselves as deals were completed and, at the end of the day, the client saved himself/herself a portion of the commissions while the selling Realtor received their part of the commission just as they would with any other brokerage. We found this to be a win-win situation as everybody finished the transaction satisfied.
