Roy T. Micks Sales Representative

Roy Micks is a lifelong resident of Orillia. He spent his childhood playing various sports in the Sunshine City while attending local elementary and secondary schools. He is married with three children. Roy was in the insurance and financial industry for 14 years, before a career change in 2001 brought him to Re/Max Orillia! His accomplishments at Re/Max include being a member of the Re/Max Hall of Fame in 2007 and a 10 year member of the Re/Max 100% Club. Roy is a firm believer in giving back to his community and has been a generous supporter of various local organizations including Orillia Minor Hockey, Orillia Minor Lacrosse, Junior A Hockey and Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital. Roy is also a contributor to the Children’s Miracle Network and previously, for 10 years, organized and ran a charity golf tournament for the Children’s Wish Foundation. 2007 was a notable year for Roy. As well as being a member of the Re/Max Hall of Fame, he also received an award given to “The Stars of Orillia” for his Outstanding Contribution to the Community. “Stars of Orillia” was an award given by the Orillia Packet and Times and Rogers Cable TV. In his spare time Roy enjoys golf, hockey and spending time with his family.
