Wayne Hanlon is entering his eighth year as CEO of Hanlon Realty and boasts 20 years of expertise in the local real estate market. Under his stewardship, Hanlon transformed Hanlon Realty – a small, local, independent real estate company – into the largest of its kind in the province. Balancing a personal, hands-on approach to client service with an innovative and visionary mindset, Hanlon championed state-of-the-art technology to become an industry leader. One of his signature initiatives was leading the transformation of the brokerage’s website and first-of-its-kind mobile app that is changing the way customers get listing information and interact with agents, empowering clients. Hanlon’s real estate expertise has been recognized throughout his impressive career, including the Community Service Award – Newfoundland & Labrador Association of Realtors (2016), Coldwell Banker Canada – Top Sales and Gross Revenue Office nationwide (2004), Ultimate Service Award and Premier Office Designation, Coldwell Banker Canada (1998-2007).
