A dynamic real estate market calls for a seasoned agent who's not afraid to challenge the status quo. As co-owner of Domus Realty, Dawn brings a strategic, problem-solving mentality to every deal: "I take pride in what I do," she says. "I'd never sell a house just for the sake of it—I find creative solutions to match the right clients with the right home." Dawn comes by her passion for real estate honestly. Growing up in a construction family, she admired her father's commitment to quality builds, and later worked as a carpenter herself. Though she's always considered Nova Scotia home, Dawn has lived on both coasts of Canada (and a few provinces in between), which helped her appreciate different market conditions and architectural styles. Now, with more than 15 years of real estate sales experience—as well as courses in appraisal and ethics through the Real Estate Institute of Canada, and the world-renowned Negotiation and Leadership course at Harvard University—she’s uniquely qualified to identify homes with good bones and great layouts, finessing the best possible price.
